The Wheaton Urban District requires the services of an event equipment company to provide the delivery, set-up and removal of tents, tables, chairs and related event supplies for the Taste of Wheaton, Summer Concerts, and other special events.

EVENT 1: Taste of Wheaton
Event Date: June 9, 2014. Subsequent dates to fall on the 2rd Sunday of June each year
Event Site: Wheaton Triangle (Corner of Reedie Drive & Grandview Avenue)
All tents located on Grandview Avenue must be set up by 7:00 am on event day
All other equipment must be set up by 9:00 am
Removal: 6:00 pm on event day

EVENT SERIES 2: TGIF Summer Series
Event Dates: Fridays (TBD), June-August of each year
Event Site: Wheaton Triangle (Corner of Reedie Drive & Grandview Avenue)
All equipment must set up by 2:00pm on event day
Removal: 9:00 pm on event day (or one hour following the end of the event) or the subsequent day by 12:00 pm

ADDITIONAL EVENTS
The Wheaton Urban District may, during the course of the year, organize additional events beyond the scope of the above. All equipment pertaining to these events must be delivered and set up two hours prior to the commencement of the event and removed one hour following the close of the event (if the event takes place on County Lot 13 or Lot 45), or by 12:00pm the subsequent day.
