💐 Legendary for New Way Performance, Jeff Miyake-Mugler’s ballroom career started formally in 1996 at the House of Escada’s First Ball held in Atlanta GA. In 1999 Jeff moved to Atlanta GA, where he then became a member of the Legendary House of Miyake Mugler. It was under Miyake-Mugler, that Jeff competed, battled and continued to perfect his craft in Voguing. Jeff would go on to walk other Vogue categories, such as Old Way Performance and Face with Performance. During that era, it was to be original, and Jeff was a formidable Force to Battle! Relocating to Washington DC brought on the desire for something new and creating a fresh start with former Mugler’s, Whitney Miyake Mugler, Shannon Miyake Mugler, Kevin Miyake Mugler, and myself, as the (4) original founders of the House, Comme Des Garcons. Years later, Jeff now enjoys the life of contributing back to his community. You’ll find Jeff dancing at some of DC’s finest House venue’s where just through exhibiting, has continued to show, why he’s Legendary in Performance, and over all asset to the Dance Community, House Community and Ballroom Community.
