We are excited to have Son Lam @lamsnguyen_ back at Urban Artistry to teach a Movement Flow Workshop! A class exploring connection, musicality, and creativity through movement.

Lam Son Nguyen, known as Son Lam, is a Vietnamese-born dancer recognized for blending Popping with a contemporary approach to create intricate, emotive, and physically challenging movement. A two-time Red Bull Dance Your Style USA champion, he has earned recognition through international events including Flava Of The Year, Radikal Forze Jam, and the Juste Debout World Final.
He holds a B.A. in Dance from San Francisco State University, where he expanded his movement practice through contemporary dance, choreography, and performance.
His creative work extends across dance, film, modeling, and directing, while he also co-manages Mar Studio with his wife, Yasmine Kimberly Nguyen. Based in Saigon, Mar Studio is a creative space dedicated to building community and making movement more accessible and meaningful through Street Dance and yoga.
