We’re celebrating the 75th Anniversary of Hammond Wood on Sunday, October 4, from 2:00 pm through 4:30 pm. Entitled “Goodman Inside Out,” it will consist of open house tours, along with introductory remarks by Marina Callahan, who led the WheatonCrest Walking tour and our Hammond Wood neighbor Mary Means. Marina will talk about Goodman’s architecture and Mary will talk about Hammond Wood. The event will conclude with Welton Doby describing his recent window renovation on his home on Pendleton Drive. Maps and handouts will also be available.
The event is free and open to all. However, space is limited to the first 75 registrants. To prevent overcrowding, we are requiring everyone to register.
Registrants will receive a follow up email with additional schedule, parking, handouts and location information.
