Join us to give input and design ideas for a new PRIVATE mural that will be facing the community at Elkin St. and University Blvd. The theme for the mural is History Meets Heritage - acknowdleing Wheaton's history and the growing Hispanic and Latino cultures that has blossomed over the last 3 decades.
