The Wheaton Sustainable Innovation Zone (WSIZ) invites you to take part in an upcoming event to learn about tackling food waste in your business.
The restaurant industry spends an estimated $162 billion every year in costs related to wasted food. By composting in your restaurant you can minimize the amount of food waste that reaches landfills and reduce your overall operational costs.
