BarrePilates Build is the low-impact group fitness that gives you a boost of resilience and energy, as you sculpt & strengthen and improve core strength, mobility and flexibility. In this class, you will also incorporate breathwork, build confidence and improve fitness performance with mat Pilates and barre fitness, in a supportive, encouraging environment. Plus, you won't be able to resist the imaginative and energetic playlist from beats from around the world.
