Wheaton Redevelopment Program
Downtown Wheaton, is perfectly situated in the center of three major thoroughfares, and less than 2 miles north of the Capital Beltway. And with the added convenience and accessibility of Metrorail (Red Line) and Metrobus, Wheaton is the ideal location for a growing business or development project.
To support this effort, the Wheaton Redevelopment Program (WRP) encourages private reinvestment through targeted, complementary public investment.
