Downtown Wheaton Announces 2011 TGIF Summer Series

DOWNTOWN WHEATON HOSTS LIVE MUSIC AND OUTDOOR MOVIES AT TGIF SUMMER SERIES 2011
WHAT: Downtown Wheaton kicks-off its TGIF Summer Series with the wildly popular Chopteeth Afrofunk Big Band on Friday, June 10 at 7:00 pm. The first outdoor movie of the series debuts Friday, July 8 and will feature the animated film Despicable Me. Movie nights begin at 7:00 pm with a DJ, balloon artists and face painting for the kids; followed by the movie at 9:00 pm. The TGIF Summer Series, sponsored by the Wheaton Urban District, will take place every Friday June 10 through September.
